Existentialism has many philosophical variants attributed to continental Europe . The context of artworks is East of the locale attributed with existentialism. However there are primary similarities, such as a deep sense of humanism often linked to forms of Buddhist thought. Also the Sadhu has taken a life of self consciousness striving for individual self determination over the myriad of labels that constructs a philosophy of self in society.
